Nicole Lamberson
Nicole Lamberson received her master’s degree in publishing, completing both the editorial and the business and marketing tracks, from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is currently a senior copyright specialist at the US Copyright Office. She received bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Charlotte, where she majored in political science with concentrations in Spanish and theatre. During her undergraduate career, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Hong Kong at Hong Kong Baptist University–she quickly fell in love with the city and real Chinese food. After undergrad, she moved to DC to work as a research associate with the Democratic National Committee during the 2008 presidential campaign. She soon began working as a research assistant, and later, the director of research for Vice President Joe Biden during the entire eight years of the Obama Administration. She is currently focused on transitioning to a role in the publishing world and growing Postcard Press. Filled with wanderlust, Nicole is an avid traveler who can never see enough of the world. She also has a passion for acting, singing, and going to the theater. In addition to Hong Kong, her happy place is the beach. She currently resides in Arlington, Virginia, with hopes of moving to Los Angeles, California, or NYC in the near future.
