Users of Postcard Press are expected to remain respectful of our services and also when participating in the Postcard Press community. Abusive comments, plagiarized content, and spam will result in being banned from future participation with the Postcard Press services. We reserve the right to edit or delete comments that do not align with our community standards and which violate our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy. Submissions
In order to submit a proposal to Postcard Press, you must be at least 18 years old. Postcard Press will not accept content from minors. By submitting a proposal, you are certifying you are 18, and if it is later discovered that you were not 18 at the time of submission, your content will be removed from the Postcard Press website, social media, and other publications, and you will be banned from submitting future content to Postcard Press.
By submitting a proposal to Postcard Press, through our submissions webpage, you are certifying that the content you plan to produce is 100% original, that you are the copyright owner of all related content, and that the content has not been previously published anywhere else, including on a personal blog or social media. If it is later discovered that any of your submitted content is not original or infringes on a third-party’s copyright, your content will be removed from the Postcard Press website, social media channels, and publications, and you will be banned from working with Postcard Press in the future.
If your article submission is accepted for publication, you agree to grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted, one-month exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and compilations of, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute, in whole or in part, on the Postcard Press website, social media channels, and in any publications currently existing or that may be developed in the future.
Submitting your article grants us an exclusive license that is effective from submission until one month after publication. After one month, you retain the right to post your content on your own website or another forum. You agree that any subsequent posting will identify Postcard Press as the original publication and will include a direct link to your article on our website. After one month of publication, Postcard Press retains an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and compilations of, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute, in whole or in part, for any purpose we see fit (including for use on our website, social media channels, and any future publications), even unrelated to your article.
By submitting photographs or other visual graphics with your article, you are granting Postcard Press an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and compilations of, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute, in whole or in part, any submitted photographs or other submitted content for any purpose we see fit (including for use on our website, social media channels, and any future publications), even unrelated to your article.
For any way in which we use your content, we agree to always identify you as the author and copyright owner. Your submitted content will only be used by Postcard Press, and any outside party seeking to use your content will be referred to you to grant or deny permission as you see fit.
When submitting your proposal and subsequent article, you will be asked to sign a licensing agreement that will provide detailed information about your license to us and your rights to re-use your content.

Contests/Promotional Events
By entering a contest or promotional events sponsored by Postcard Press, through our website or any social media channels, you are granting Postcard Press an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and compilations of, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute any submitted photographs or other submitted content for any purpose we see fit (including for use on our website, social media channels, and any future publications), even if you are not selected or featured as a contest or promotion winner or participant.
If we use any of your content, submitted for a contest or promotional event, we agree to always identify you as the author and copyright owner. Your submitted content will only be used by Postcard Press, and any outside party seeking to use your content will be referred to you to grant or deny permission as you see fit.

We create all of our content and the photos and graphics used on our website, social media channels, and other publications that are owned by Postcard Press or are used under a licensing agreement with the owners.
